1. Is SmartTrade for Business Central available in every country?
SmartTrade is available in English and Dutch speaking countries. Both on premise and in the cloud via Appsource.
2. How do I install HB SmartTrade?
Download the one-month trial from AppSource and send an e-mail to office@hbsmarttrade.com. We will contact you to find out how we can help you.
3. Do I need a consultant to configure SmartTrade?
There is a lot of functionality available in SmartTrade. We work together to find out what you need from our app to get the most out of the software.
4. What are the costs for SmartTrade?
First, you need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central premium or essential user. The SmartTrade app is an add-on and is also paid per users. You can request our pricing via office@hbsmarttrade.com.
5. How much time is needed to implement SmartTrade?
A standard implementation, where the users are also new to Business Central, will take 3 months.
6. What is needed for the implementation?
We will start with a fit-gap workshop to find out which processes you want to automate. After that we will configure SmartTrade together. We will train you and your colleagues and we will go live afterwards.
7. Can we implement SmartTrade online?
Yes, that is possible. We prefer to do the fit-gap workshop and training on-site, because it is more efficient.
8. Do you have a support portal?
Yes, you can ask your questions through our portal in English and Dutch.
